Rixeyville, Culpeper County

Exit the Trigon Homes parking lot and turn right onto Brandy Road, heading west. After about half a mile, turn right onto Ira Hoffman Lane and continue for roughly a mile and a half through the countryside. Then turn right onto Rixeyville Road (VA 229) and follow it for about five and a half miles as it winds through Culpeper County. When you're getting close, turn right onto Ryland Chapel Road (SR 640), then make a quick left onto Lohr Lane—you're almost there. You'll be looking for open land with survey stakes marking the lot boundaries.
