Exit the Trigon Homes parking lot and turn right onto Brandy Road, heading west. You'll continue straight as the road becomes James Madison Highway, and then you'll navigate through a series of roundabouts on Colonel Jameson Boulevard before bearing right onto Sperryville Pike (US 522) for a pleasant 6-mile stretch through the countryside. Turn left onto Griffinsburg Road and follow it for about 2.8 miles, then make a final left turn onto Kovi Ridge Trail, where you'll find the lot after roughly half a mile. This is rural territory, so GPS can be a bit finicky out here—feel free to give our office a call if you need any clarification once you're in the area. You'll know you're at the right spot when you see the open land with survey stakes marking the property.
