Exit the Trigon Homes parking lot and turn right onto Brandy Road, heading west. You'll continue for about half a mile before the road becomes James Madison Highway—just keep straight through that transition for another mile or so. After passing through a couple of roundabouts on Colonel Jameson Boulevard, you'll merge onto Sperryville Pike (US 522) and follow it for nearly five miles through some beautiful Culpeper County countryside. Turn right onto Scotts Mill Road and drive about a mile, then take a left onto Moses Place for the final stretch. You'll turn right onto Vincent Lane, where you'll find the lot—look for survey stakes and open land marking the property. Since this last bit gets pretty rural, GPS can be a little finicky out here, so feel free to give our office a call if you need any clarification!
