Rixeyville, Culpeper County

Exit the Trigon Homes parking lot and turn right onto Brandy Road, heading west. After about half a mile, turn right onto Ira Hoffman Lane and continue for roughly a mile and a half through the countryside. Then turn right onto Rixeyville Road (VA 229) and follow it for about five and a half miles as it winds through Culpeper County. When you're ready, turn right onto Ryland Chapel Road (SR 640)—you'll be just a short distance from your destination. Look for the lot on your left with open land and survey stakes marking the property. Since this final stretch is pretty rural, GPS can be a bit finicky out here, so feel free to give our office a call if you need any guidance!
