Rixeyville, Culpeper County

Exit the Trigon Homes parking lot and turn right onto Brandy Road, heading west. After about half a mile, turn right onto Ira Hoffman Lane and continue for roughly a mile and a half through the countryside. Then turn right onto Rixeyville Road (VA 229) and follow it for about five and a half miles as it winds through Culpeper County. Finally, turn right onto Ryland Chapel Road (SR 640) and you'll arrive at the lot on your left after just a third of a mile. You'll know you're in the right spot when you see the open land with survey stakes marking the property—and since this final stretch is pretty rural, feel free to give our office a call if you need any clarification or GPS gets a bit fuzzy!
