Amissville, Culpeper County

Exit the Trigon Homes parking lot and turn right onto Brandy Road, heading west. After about half a mile, turn right onto Ira Hoffman Lane and continue for roughly 1.6 miles. Then turn right onto Rixeyville Road (VA 229) for a scenic 13.3-mile stretch through the countryside. As you approach Amissville, turn right onto Lee Highway (US 211), drive about 1.3 miles, and then make a U-turn to head back on Lee Highway for another third of a mile. Finally, turn right onto the unnamed road leading to the lot—you'll be looking for open land with survey stakes marking the property boundaries. Since this final stretch is quite rural, GPS can be a bit finicky out here, so feel free to give our office a call if you need any clarification!
