Amissville, Culpeper County

Exit the Trigon Homes parking lot and turn right onto Brandy Road, heading west. After about half a mile, turn right onto Ira Hoffman Lane and continue for roughly 1.6 miles. Then turn right onto Rixeyville Road (VA 229) — you'll be on this for nearly 10 miles as it winds through the countryside. Turn left onto Black Hill Road (SR 626) for about 0.8 miles, then turn right onto Quail Ridge Drive (SR 1170) and follow it for 2 miles. At the end of Quail Ridge Drive, bear left onto Holly Springs Road (SR 639), and you'll arrive at the lot shortly on your left — look for open land with survey stakes marking the property boundaries.
