Warrenton, Fauquier County

Exit the Trigon Homes parking lot and turn left onto Brandy Road, heading east. You'll stay on Brandy Road as it merges into US 15 Business and US 29 Business for a short stretch before continuing straight onto James Madison Highway (US 15 and US 29), where you'll travel for about 18 miles through some beautiful Virginia countryside. As you approach Warrenton, you'll transition onto the Eastern Bypass (US 15, US 17, and US 29) for roughly 2.4 miles, then fork slightly left to stay on US 15 and US 29. From there, turn right onto Dumfries Road (SR 605) and follow it for about 2.7 miles—this is where the landscape opens up and gets more rural. You'll find the lot on Riley Road in this area; look for open land with survey stakes marking the property.
