Exit the Trigon Homes parking lot and turn left onto Brandy Road, heading east. You'll stay on this road—which carries US 15 Business and US 29 Business—for about 1.7 miles before turning left to continue on US 15 Business and US 29 Business for another third of a mile. Then merge slightly left onto James Madison Highway (US 15 and US 29), and follow that for 6.6 miles as it carries you north toward Remington. Turn right onto Remington Road, continue straight as it becomes James Madison Street, then turn right onto East Main Street (SR 651) for a short stretch before bearing slightly right onto Sumerduck Road (SR 651)—you'll follow this rural road for about 6.6 miles through open countryside. Finally, turn left onto Courtneys Corner Road (SR 634), where the lot is located just ahead on your left. This final stretch gets pretty rural, so GPS can be spotty out here—feel free to give us a call if you need any clarification, and look for survey stakes or cleared land marking the property.
