Warrenton, Fauquier County

Exit the Trigon Homes parking lot and turn left onto Brandy Road, heading east. You'll stay on Brandy Road as it merges into US 15 Business and US 29 Business for a short stretch before you'll merge slightly left onto James Madison Highway, where you'll cruise for about 18 miles through some beautiful Virginia countryside. Continue straight as the road becomes Eastern Bypass, then fork slightly right to stay on the US 17 portion of Eastern Bypass for another mile or so. Take the slight right off-ramp onto the unnamed road, then merge back left onto Lee Highway (US 15 Business and US 29 Business) as you approach Warrenton. Finally, turn right onto Blackwell Road and you'll find your lot on the right—look for survey stakes and open land marking the property.
